We're slowly creeping towards the end of the year and even though I've been in Adelaide for most of it, the New Zealand instructors continue to be busy teaching corporates, non-profit, educational institutes, women's groups plus our ever-popular Women's MINDSET weekend self-defence workshops.

Adelaide one-on-one classes will finish on the 15th December.
